Description
This is a beautiful classic painting with a mandoline. This still life was painted by the Dutch painter Leonard Pieter Versteeg, (LP Versteeg)1901-1993 Hilversum, Holland.
Versteeg painted many typical Dutch sceneries, was also an art teacher and pastel artist. Versteeg painted this artwork early in his career. The painting has a label on the back with the title. It has very nice colors, and behind the mandoline an old Dutch musical magazine is positioned.
The still life is signed in the lower left corner and has a new gold colored wooden frame. The condition of the painting is very good.
