W (Wim) Muhlstaff, 1894-1982 was a teacher, graphical artist, (lithographs) and painter. He worked in Noord Holland, Amsterdam, Zaandam, Leiden. Texture plays a big rol in his minitious style

Muhlstaff was educated at “the Koninklijke School voor Beeldende kunsten” in Den Bosch and he was a member of artistic society “Ars Aemula Naturae” in Leiden. Works of Muhlstaff are sold by many auctioneers around the world, for example Christies.
