Terms of service

Returning items, no problem! Friendly service is key here.

  • If you are not happy with the item received, you can return it to me within 14 days after receiving the item. Please do contact me as soon as possible. Damages should be reported as soon as possible and within seven days.
  • When I have received the item back in proper order I will transfer your payment onto the desired bank account. The return shipment costs of the product are for the buyer. In all cases, please do let me know if you have any questions or remarks about your orders.
  • Hulstein Antiques reserves the right to pick the best suitable shipping methods and shipping services for its items. These methods depend on the weight, size and value of the items. Additional taxes, such as custom taxes, are paid for by the buyer. All shipments are inclusive of track and trace and some shipments come with insurance and registered delivery.
  • By accessing and using the service of Hulstein antiques you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
